Returning an Unrequested Verizon Phone Book

Ed shows us why he’s Ed. And he shows us that it apparently doesn’t matter much if we opt out of receiving phonebooks. My condo receives 8 every round. EIGHT. That’s two per residential unit. Ridiculous.

Why are email spammers thrown in jail while phone book spammers are allowed to continue to carpet bomb neighborhoods of Minneapolis with unsolicited advertising? It makes no sense.
